Vivek Zakarde has started a new position as Head of Data Operations at IndiaFirst Life. Prior to this, he was the Global Chief Data and Analytics Officer and Head of CRM at IDBI Bank. He has also been associated with organizations such as IndusInd Bank, IKS Health, IIFL (India Infoline Group), Reliance General Insurance, EXL, WNS Global Services, and IBM.
