Dr. Sandeep Bhandari, a NEXT100 Winner, has started a new position as Vice President & Business Head at KYW Tech. With a career spanning more than a decade in IT and networks, Dr. Bhandari brings extensive expertise in driving digital transformation, IT infrastructure management, and business leadership to his new role.
Prior to joining KYW Tech, Dr. Bhandari served as Associate Director – IT & Networks at NTT DATA, where he played a key role in overseeing cloud migrations, incident management, digital transformation initiatives, and IT governance. He successfully led high-impact projects while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and service-level agreements.
Before his time at NTT DATA, Dr. Bhandari held leadership positions at Coforge and Collabera, where he managed IT infrastructure operations and drove customer satisfaction by optimizing processes, enhancing service delivery, and implementing cutting-edge technologies. His experience also includes senior roles at Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services, HCL Technologies, and IBM, where he was instrumental in managing IT operations and performance management.
